The Kingdom Standard ("we," "our," or "us") is a faith-based media and personal development brand dedicated to helping men build lives of discipline, character, and purpose rooted in God's design. We are headquartered in Venice, Florida, and operate under the ownership of Alex Yelfimov. Our website is located at thekingdomstandard.net. 2. Information We Collect

A. Newsletter & Email Subscribers

When you subscribe to The Kingdom Dispatch or any of our email lists, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your first name (if provided)
• Date and time of subscription
• IP address at the time of sign-up (for spam prevention)
• Email engagement data — opens, clicks, unsubscribes

Email subscriptions are managed through Beehiiv, our email service provider. By subscribing, you also agree to Beehiiv's privacy practices. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us directly.

B. Account Registration

When you create a membership account, we collect:

• Full name and email address
• Password (stored in encrypted form — we never see your plain-text password)
• Membership tier and subscription status
• Account creation date and last login
• Optional profile photo, display information, city/state/region, and visibility preferences

C. Membership & Payment Information

Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or Stripe, depending on where you enroll. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. The payment provider may retain billing information under its own policy. We receive and store:

• Provider, product, transaction or subscription identifier, and payment status
• Membership or program purchased, access dates, renewal state, and cancellation state
• Billing name and email (as provided to Stripe)

D. Member Activity Data

When you choose to use member features, we collect the content and progress needed to provide them, including:

• Faith, family, fitness, and finance check-ins, goals, points, streaks, and Standard 90 progress
• Private journal entries, reflections, selected pillar, and optional mood score
• Workout plans and history, exercises, sets, repetitions, weight, RPE, duration, and derived muscle-rank progress
• Nutrition, hydration, manually entered sleep duration, body measurements, and progress photos when you use those optional features
• Sex, age, height, weight, activity level, and goal when you calculate and save nutrition targets
• Community posts, comments, reactions, direct or group messages, uploaded photos, reports, blocks, and guideline acceptance
• Name, email, phone number, goals, and application answers when you apply for optional coaching or mentorship

Faith practices, family reflections, health and fitness information, and financial goals can be sensitive. Private journal and progress records are not public unless you deliberately post them to a community surface. Community content is visible according to the audience and privacy controls shown when you post. We use this data to provide the features you request, calculate progress, keep the community safe, and support your account. We do not sell it.

E. Technical & Usage Data

Our website and apps process technical and usage information needed to provide and maintain the service, including:

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type and device information
• Pages visited and time spent on site
• Referring URL
• App version, operating system, network/error state, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service
• Device timezone and notification preferences used for local-day tracking and requested reminders

When you are signed in, the apps also send first-party usage and diagnostic events to our Supabase database, linked to your account ID. These include sections you open, selected course or resource names, app component versions, limited browser/device information, connection type where available, startup/loading timings, and limited technical traces of tab navigation. We use them to understand feature use, investigate slow or outdated app versions and navigation problems, and improve reliability. These startup and navigation events do not include your journal text, private message text, or photos.

The website uses Google Analytics to measure page and feature usage. The native app release is built without Google marketing tags or cross-app tracking; this does not mean it collects no first-party usage or diagnostic data. If our practices change, we will update this policy and the applicable store disclosures before release.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you The Kingdom Dispatch newsletter and email communications you've opted into
• Provide and maintain your membership account and services
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Track your progress in the Discipline Tracker
• Save workouts, journals, photos, and community activity you choose to create
• Moderate reports, enforce Community Guidelines, and apply blocks
• Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, password resets)
• Improve our website, content, and services
• Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized access
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making that has legal or significant effects on you.

4. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account, you may receive:

• The Kingdom Dispatch — our editorial newsletter with faith, discipline, and leadership content
• Membership updates — content drops, new resources, community announcements
• Transactional emails — receipts, account notices, password resets

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing kingdomstandard@outlook.com. Transactional emails (receipts, security notices) cannot be opted out of while you hold an active account.

CAN-SPAM Act Compliance: Our commercial emails include our physical mailing address, a clear identification that the message is an advertisement (where applicable), and a working unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following external services. Some process data on our behalf; others operate under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Beehiiv — email newsletter platform (Privacy Policy)
• Stripe — payment processing (Privacy Policy)
• Apple and Google — app distribution, in-app payments, subscription management, and platform diagnostics
• Supabase — database and user authentication (Privacy Policy)
• Netlify — website hosting (Privacy Policy)
• Open Food Facts and USDA FoodData Central — food-search and barcode results. Our meal search and scanner send your search or barcode to our food-lookup service, which queries food providers. The calorie calculator can also send a food search directly to USDA when its local food list has no match; that request includes ordinary connection information such as your IP address.
• Bible API (bible-api.com) — Scripture passages for daily verses and Scripture features. Your device requests a passage reference directly from this service, which receives the reference and ordinary connection information. This request does not send your private journal entry.
• CARTO and OpenStreetMap Foundation — map tiles used by the optional Brotherhood map; these providers receive ordinary connection information, including your IP address, and the map area requested by your device. OpenStreetMap Foundation operates as an independent data controller under its Privacy Policy; CARTO describes its handling of map requests in its Basemap Terms.
• Google Analytics — website traffic and product-usage measurement; excluded from the current native package

Provider terms and privacy policies govern their handling of these requests. Deleting your TKS account does not itself erase logs held independently by an external service. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

• Maintain your login session and preferences
• Remember your newsletter dismissal choices
• Analyze website traffic (aggregate, non-personal data)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the site (such as member login) may not function properly without them. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with our legal obligations:

• Newsletter subscribers: Retained until you unsubscribe and request deletion
• Member accounts and private activity: Retained while your account is active and deleted when you complete an account-deletion request, subject to the limited exceptions below
• Payment records: Limited records may be retained to meet applicable tax, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations; the retention period depends on the record and the obligation
• Moderation, fraud, chargeback, and security evidence: Retained only as reasonably necessary to protect users, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law
• Backups and provider logs: May remain for a limited period until routine backup rotation or provider retention expires

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format

You can request account deletion inside the app under Privacy & Account → Delete Account, or use our public Account Deletion page. You may also contact kingdomstandard@outlook.com. Deleting an account removes the authentication identity and user-owned app data where deletion is supported; limited payment, tax, fraud, security, dispute, or moderation records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary. We will respond to other verified privacy requests within 30 days.

9. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. We implement industry-standard measures including:

• SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted password storage (passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text)
• Access controls limiting who can view sensitive data
• Secure, trusted third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Stripe, Netlify)

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Kingdom Standard is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at kingdomstandard@outlook.com and we will delete it promptly.

11. Links to Third-Party Sites

Our website may contain links to external websites (including Skool, Stripe checkout pages, and social media platforms). These sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Community Safety

Community content may be reviewed after a user report or when needed to investigate safety, fraud, or rule violations. Reports and blocking tools are available in the app. See the Community Guidelines for the rules governing posts, messages, profiles, and photos.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active members by email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
