A. Newsletter & Email Subscribers

When you subscribe to The Kingdom Dispatch or any of our email lists, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Your first name (if provided)
  • Date and time of subscription
  • IP address at the time of sign-up (for spam prevention)
  • Email engagement data — opens, clicks, unsubscribes

Email subscriptions are managed through Beehiiv, our email service provider. By subscribing, you also agree to Beehiiv's privacy practices. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing us directly.

B. Account Registration

When you create a membership account, we collect:

  • Full name and email address
  • Password (stored in encrypted form — we never see your plain-text password)
  • Membership tier and subscription status
  • Account creation date and last login

C. Membership & Payment Information

When you purchase a membership or product, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details on our servers. Stripe may retain billing information in accordance with their own privacy policy. We receive and store:

  • Transaction ID and payment status
  • Membership tier purchased
  • Billing name and email (as provided to Stripe)

D. Member Activity Data

For active members using the Discipline Tracker and member portal, we collect:

  • Daily check-in submissions and pillar scores
  • Journal entries you voluntarily create
  • Progress metrics and streak data

This data is stored in our secure database (powered by Supabase) and is used solely to provide your member experience. We do not analyze, share, or sell your journal entries or personal check-in data.

E. Technical & Usage Data

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:

  • IP address and approximate geographic location
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages visited and time spent on site
  • Referring URL

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you The Kingdom Dispatch newsletter and email communications you've opted into
  • Provide and maintain your membership account and services
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Track your progress in the Discipline Tracker
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, password resets)

You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or by emailing kingdomstandard@outlook.com. Transactional emails (receipts, security notices) cannot be opted out of while you hold an active account.

CAN-SPAM Act Compliance: Our commercial emails include our physical mailing address, a clear identification that the message is an advertisement (where applicable), and a working unsubscribe mechanism honored within 10 business days.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with the following third-party services that may process your data on our behalf:

  • Beehiiv — email newsletter platform (Privacy Policy)
  • Stripe — payment processing (Privacy Policy)
  • Supabase — database and user authentication (Privacy Policy)
  • Netlify — website hosting (Privacy Policy)

These providers are contractually required to handle your data securely and only for the purposes of providing services to us. We do not permit them to sell your data.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Maintain your login session and preferences
  • Remember your newsletter dismissal choices
  • Analyze website traffic (aggregate, non-personal data)
