1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Kingdom Standard, a faith-based media and personal development brand owned and operated by Alex Yelfimov ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your use of the website located at thekingdomstandard.net and all associated services, content, and products (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or purchase a membership. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use our Services. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who misrepresent their age.

3. Description of Services

The Kingdom Standard offers the following services:

• The Kingdom Dispatch — a free email newsletter covering faith, discipline, leadership, and personal development
• The Standard Membership — a paid monthly or annual membership providing access to the member portal, Discipline Tracker, and exclusive content ($14.99/month or $129/year)
• The Iron Council — a founding-member lifetime access tier ($497 lifetime)
• The Academy — a premium membership tier with advanced content and resources ($29.99/month or $259/year)
• Member App — four-pillar check-ins, workouts, private journal, progress, Standard 90, courses, and account tools
• Kingdom Community — posts, comments, messages, groups, photos, reports, and blocking tools inside the app and through linked platforms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to active members.

4. Account Registration

To access member-only features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at kingdomstandard@outlook.com
• Not share your login credentials with any other person
• Not create multiple accounts or use another person's account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may request account deletion inside the app under Privacy & Account → Delete Account or through the public Account Deletion page. The data removed and limited retention exceptions are explained in the Privacy Policy.

5. Membership & Payment Terms

Billing

Paid memberships are billed through Apple, Google, or Stripe depending on where you purchase. By confirming a purchase, you authorize the applicable provider to charge the displayed price and renewal schedule. Native app purchases and subscription management use the applicable app store. Direct web purchases use Stripe.

The Standard 90 is governed by the separate Program Terms. The current offer charges a $150 Program Fee for Days 1–90 and, only with separate recurring consent, continues Academy at $29.99/month beginning on Day 91 unless canceled. Earlier signed Mission Contracts remain governed by the terms accepted when signed.

Price Changes

We may change membership pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers via email. Continued use of the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Cancellation

You may cancel through your account settings or the subscription controls of Apple, Google, or Stripe, as applicable. You can also contact us at kingdomstandard@outlook.com for a direct web subscription. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Canceling the Standard 90 Day-91 continuation does not remove the paid Days 1–90 access.

Refund Policy

Apple and Google purchases are subject to the applicable store's refund process and rules. Direct web refund requests are reviewed under the terms displayed at purchase. Standard 90 cancellation and completion-reward rules are stated in the Program Terms; completing the Challenge does not create a cash refund under the current offer. Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Newsletter Subscription

By subscribing to The Kingdom Dispatch or any of our email lists, you consent to receive email communications from us. You understand that:

• You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email
• We will process your email address and engagement data as described in our Privacy Policy
• We use Beehiiv to manage email delivery, and your data is subject to their terms as well
• Subscribing to our newsletter does not create a membership account or entitle you to paid content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on The Kingdom Standard — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio content, video content, podcast episodes, course materials, and the overall design of the website — is the property of The Kingdom Standard or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract content from our website in bulk
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

8. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, threaten, or harm other members or staff
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use our Services to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial communications
• Impersonate The Kingdom Standard, our team, or other users
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Services
• Post another person's private, health, financial, location, message, or photo information without permission
• Use reports or blocking tools fraudulently, abusively, or in retaliation

The Community Guidelines are part of these Terms. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a limited worldwide license to host, display, copy, resize, transmit, moderate, and remove it only as needed to operate and protect the Services. You may report content or block another member using the controls provided. We may remove content, restrict features, preserve evidence, or suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to enforce these standards or protect users. Enforcement does not override any refund right required by law or the applicable store.

9. Third-Party Platforms

Our Services integrate with or link to third-party platforms including Apple and Google (distribution and payments), Stripe (web payments), Beehiiv (email), Supabase (authentication, database, and storage), Netlify (web hosting), Open Food Facts (barcode-based product and nutrition information), CARTO and OpenStreetMap (Brotherhood map tiles), and Skool where linked. Use of those platforms is also governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent third-party services.

Participation in the Kingdom Community on Skool is subject to Skool's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services and content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Kingdom Standard disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That any content is accurate, complete, or current

Our content and tools — including workouts, nutrition guidance, body or habit tracking, faith material, finance reflections, podcast episodes, newsletters, and member resources — are educational and motivational only. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and do not constitute medical, mental-health, financial, legal, pastoral, or other professional advice. Exercise involves risk. Stop if you experience pain, faintness, chest discomfort, or unusual symptoms and seek qualified care. Contact emergency services for an emergency. Consult an appropriate qualified professional before making decisions specific to your health, finances, legal rights, or personal circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Kingdom Standard, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Kingdom Standard and its owner, officers, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to our Services.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us at kingdomstandard@outlook.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes within 30 days.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.
