You pay a one-time program fee ($150 Standard or $200 Premium) to enroll in The 90-Day Challenge — a structured 90-day discipleship and accountability program. If you complete it by the deadline, you earn back $100 and your merch ships. If you don't complete it, the program fee is non-refundable. The fee covers digital coaching, content, app access, and administration.
1. What This Is
The 90-Day Challenge is a structured 90-day discipleship program offered by The Kingdom Standard ("we," "us"). The "Program Fee" is a one-time charge paid by you ("the Participant," "Brother") at the time you sign the Mission Contract. The Program Fee covers your enrollment in the program: app access, daily commitment tracking, phase content, accountability infrastructure, and program administration.
2. The Two Tiers
The Standard 90 — $150 Program Fee
- $150 paid at the time of enrollment
- On successful completion: $100 earn-back refund + a 90-Day Cap shipped to you
- On non-completion: program fee is non-refundable
The Premium 90 — $200 Program Fee
- $200 paid at the time of enrollment
- On successful completion: $100 earn-back refund + the Premium Box (90-Day Cap · Brotherhood Shirt · Challenge Coin · Wall Card) shipped to you
- On non-completion: program fee is non-refundable
3. What Counts as Completion
To qualify for the $100 earn-back refund and merch shipment, you must, within the 90-day window beginning on the date your Mission Contract is sealed:
- Complete the Midpoint Review in The Forge (between Day 40 and Day 50)
- Log at least 60 of 90 daily check-ins across the 4 pillars (Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances)
- Submit your Day 90 Verdict Reflection in The Forge between Day 88 and Day 95
We reserve the right to manually review edge cases (illness, family emergency, technical issues) and grant completion at our discretion. Reach out to kingdomstandard@outlook.com if you believe you qualify for a manual review.
4. The Earn-Back Refund
If you complete the program as defined in Section 3, we will issue a $100 earn-back refund via the original payment method within 14 days of your Day 90 Verdict. The remaining $50 (Standard) or $100 (Premium) covers the cost of your merch, fulfillment, payment processing, and program administration. Merch ships within 21 days of completion.
5. Non-Completion
If you do not complete the program as defined in Section 3 by Day 95, your program fee is non-refundable. This is consistent with standard program enrollment terms. You retain full app access and membership benefits — only the earn-back refund and merch are forfeited.
6. Cooling-Off Period & Refund Exceptions
The program fee is non-refundable for any reason other than program completion, except in the following cases:
- Within 48 hours of payment: you may request a full refund, no questions asked, by emailing kingdomstandard@outlook.com. After 48 hours, the fee is binding.
- Documented medical emergency or bereavement: contact us with documentation; we may issue a partial refund or extend your deadline at our discretion.
- Technical failure on our end: if The Forge is offline for more than 7 consecutive days during your 90-day window, your deadline is automatically extended by an equivalent number of days.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and a current member of The Kingdom Standard (Standard, Academy, or Iron Council tier) to enroll. The program fee is charged through Stripe; standard Stripe payment terms apply.
8. One Enrollment at a Time
You may hold one active Mission Contract at a time. After completion or non-completion, you may enroll in a new 90-day program window.
9. Privacy
Your program fee, payment status, and completion status are private and visible only to you and to Kingdom Standard administrators. If you complete the program and consent at signing, your first name and last initial may be displayed on the public Wall of Honor. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
10. The Kingdom Standard Brother's Fund
As a separate, voluntary brand commitment — independent of any individual program fee — The Kingdom Standard pledges to direct 10% of annual program-fee revenue to the Brother's Fund: covering memberships and resources for men in financial need, prison ministry programs, and recovery brothers between jobs. This is a brand commitment made by us, not a routing of any individual brother's payment. A quarterly transparency report is published at /transparency.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Program Terms. Changes apply only to Mission Contracts signed after the effective date of the change. The terms in effect when you enrolled are the terms that govern your enrollment.
12. Disputes
If you believe a completion verdict was wrongly issued or your earn-back refund was missed, contact kingdomstandard@outlook.com within 30 days. We will respond within 7 business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. The Spirit Behind the Letter
None of this language is meant to feel like a trap. The Program Fee exists because commitment requires sacrifice — that's a biblical principle, not a marketing tactic. We built this so brothers who say they want to change actually do. The earn-back refund is generous. The terms are clear. We are not trying to take your money; we are trying to help you keep your word.
