Standard 90 costs $150 today and includes every Standard and Academy app feature for the 90-day Challenge. With your separate enrollment authorization, Academy continues at $29.99/month beginning on Day 91 unless canceled. Finish at 94% or higher, use no more than five Grace Days, complete the Midpoint Review and submit the Day 90 Verdict. Approved completion earns one TKS shirt and one TKS cap, a certificate and a Wall of Honor entry. There is no completion cash-back. The cancellation and refund exceptions below still apply.
1. What This Is
The 90-Day Challenge is a structured 90-day discipleship program offered by The Kingdom Standard ("we," "us"). The "Program Fee" is a one-time charge paid by you ("the Participant," "Brother") at the time you sign the Mission Contract. The Program Fee covers your enrollment in the program: app access, daily commitment tracking, phase content, accountability infrastructure, and program administration.
2. Standard 90: Price, Access and Academy Renewal
- $150 Program Fee charged at enrollment.
- Every app feature for 90 days, including Standard and Academy features.
- Academy at $29.99/month beginning on Day 91 unless canceled. You must authorize this continuation with a separate checkbox when enrolling; the recurring price and timing are also shown at checkout.
- We will email a reminder before the first recurring charge.
- Manage or cancel Academy from Settings → Subscription, before Day 91 or anytime afterward. Canceling the continuation does not remove your paid full-app access through Day 90.
- If the continuation is canceled, your earlier membership is restored after the included window, or a Challenge-only account returns to free/inactive access.
If you already have a paid subscription or Iron Council membership, contact us before enrolling so your existing access can be handled without creating a duplicate subscription.
3. What Counts as Completion
To qualify for completion rewards, you must meet all of the following for your 90-day Challenge:
- Achieve a Consistency Score of at least 94% across the four daily pillars (Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances), using no more than five Grace Days.
- Complete the Midpoint Review in The Forge (between Day 40 and Day 50)
- Submit your Day 90 Verdict Reflection in The Forge between Day 88 and Day 95
Grace Days
You are granted five (5) Grace Days across the 90-day window to cover days you legitimately cannot log (illness, travel, family emergency). Each Grace Day used counts as a full day of pillar credit toward your Consistency Score. Grace Days are applied via the calendar inside The Forge by tapping a missed day and selecting "Use Grace Day." Once all five Grace Days are used, every subsequent missed day counts against your Consistency Score.
We also reserve the right to manually review extreme edge cases (verified medical emergency, bereavement, documented technical failure on our end) and grant completion at our discretion. Reach out to kingdomstandard@outlook.com if you believe you qualify for a manual review.
4. Completion Rewards
After your completion is reviewed and approved, you earn one TKS shirt + one TKS cap, your completion certificate and a Wall of Honor entry subject to the consent in Section 9. There is no cash refund for completing the current Standard 90 offer. Merch ships within 21 days of approved completion.
The current reward does not include a tumbler, coin, numbered card or completion box. Earlier signed contracts are covered separately in Section 11.
5. Non-Completion
If your score is below 94%, or you do not complete the required Midpoint Review and Day 90 Verdict within their windows, you do not earn completion rewards. Non-completion does not create a completion refund. Your paid app access remains available through the included 90-day window; Academy then continues or ends according to your cancellation choice. The refund exceptions in Section 6 remain available on their stated conditions.
6. Cooling-Off Period & Refund Exceptions
The Program Fee is non-refundable except in the following cases:
- Within 48 hours of payment: you may request a full refund, no questions asked, by emailing kingdomstandard@outlook.com. After 48 hours, the fee is binding.
- Documented medical emergency or bereavement: contact us with documentation; we may issue a partial refund or extend your deadline at our discretion.
- Technical failure on our end: if The Forge is offline for more than 7 consecutive days during your 90-day window, your deadline is automatically extended by an equivalent number of days.
A full Program Fee refund closes the paid Challenge access and its Academy continuation. Canceling only the Academy continuation is separate from requesting a Program Fee refund.
7. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to enroll. The Program Fee includes the Challenge access described above. Web enrollment is charged through Stripe; standard Stripe payment terms apply.
8. One Enrollment at a Time
You may hold one active Mission Contract at a time. After completion or non-completion, you may enroll in a new 90-day program window.
9. Privacy
Your program fee, payment status, and completion status are private and visible only to you and to Kingdom Standard administrators. If you complete the program and consent at signing, your first name and last initial may be displayed on the public Wall of Honor. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.
10. The Kingdom Standard Brother's Fund
As a separate, voluntary brand commitment — independent of any individual program fee — The Kingdom Standard pledges to direct 10% of annual program-fee revenue to the Brother's Fund: covering memberships and resources for men in financial need, prison ministry programs, and recovery brothers between jobs. This is a brand commitment made by us, not a routing of any individual brother's payment. A quarterly transparency report is published at /transparency.
11. Earlier Signed Contracts & Changes to These Terms
Existing signed contracts are grandfathered under the terms accepted when you enrolled. This includes legacy Standard and Premium contracts: any accepted completion refund, merchandise or other signed benefit remains governed by that original agreement. Premium is not available as a new public enrollment under the current Standard 90 offer.
For legacy contracts that promised the $100 earn-back, the original conditions and timing remain in force, including the 14-day period following the Day 90 Verdict and the original merchandise terms. View your signed contract in The Forge or contact us if you need help identifying its terms.
We may update these Program Terms. Changes apply only to Mission Contracts signed after the effective date of the change. The terms in effect when you enrolled are the terms that govern your enrollment.
12. Disputes
If you believe a completion verdict was wrongly issued, a completion reward was missed or a refund due under your signed terms was missed, contact kingdomstandard@outlook.com within 30 days. We will respond within 7 business days. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
13. The Spirit Behind the Letter
None of this language is meant to feel like a trap. The Program Fee exists because commitment requires sacrifice — that's a biblical principle, not a marketing tactic. We built this so brothers who say they want to change actually do. The terms you sign define your commitment and your completion rewards. We are not trying to take your money; we are trying to help you keep your word.
